"As a trainer who uses it for clients, it’s perfect. You have enough floor space for 1-2 people per session, the space is clean and equipment is brand new. Formula has a variety of machines and equipment for beginners to advanced clients. It’s great especially for trainers who would like to build clientele independently as they can use it as they please (schedule permitting).
